Agbaso: Chief Hygers emerges APGA Guber candidate for Anambra, 2017
Chief Dr. Igwebuike Ifeanyichukwu Hygers (Omenife) has emerged as the APGA governorship candidate in a primary election held today by APGA National body led by Ochudo Martins Agbaso and ably monitored by INEC in Anambra.

The Appeal Court and INEC recognized National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chief Martins Agbaso has concluded plans to hold the primaries for Anambra Guber, 2017 tomorrow in Awka.
Grapevine sources indicate that an Umuomaku, Orumba South LGA, born retired senior army officer and Real estate mogul, Dr. Igwebuike Ifeanyichukwu Hygers, popular known by his title "Omenife" is a top and favoured contender for the coveted ticket.
It will be recalled that Ochudo Martins Agbaso had last week approached the Supreme Court to obtained a stay of execution in the judgements procured by the Victor Oye faction of APGA, and at such, Martins Agbaso remains the Chairman of APGA pending the determination of the suit presently before the Supreme Court.
